Overview
As a Guest Services Associate (Nights), you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and are roomed according to department standards, even during late arrivals. You will be responsible for overnight guest interactions, handling queries, and supporting any late-night or early-morning needs. You will embrace our latest technology and ensure a consistent level of service is offered at all times, from arrival through to departure. You will carry out nightly audits, maintain security protocols, and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours. Extensive knowledge of the hotel and its services is essential, as is the ability to provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring excellence throughout the stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during the overnight shift, handling queries and late-night/early-morning needs.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out in line with department standards for night operations.
- Perform nightly audits and maintain security protocols to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Utilize hotel technology to deliver consistent service from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to support guest comfort and requests.
