We are looking for an inspiring and commercially focused Resort Retail Outlet Manager to lead the daily operation of the Celtic Mall, ensuring our guests enjoy a five-star retail experience that reflects the quality and service excellence of The Celtic Collection. As Resort Retail Outlet Manager, you will oversee the full operation of the Celtic Mall, ensuring the highest standards of service, stock control, visual merchandising and guest engagement. You will lead your team from the front, shaping a culture where exceptional service and a passion for hospitality sit at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a guest-centric retail environment that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty.
- Lead procurement, stock management, merchandising and product presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and control costs.
- Drive retail revenue through effective product placement, upselling and service excellence.
- Analyse guest and team feedback to continually improve the retail experience.
- Build and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships and oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation and replenishment.
- Support wider resort retail operations across our golf shops when required.
Requirements / Essential experience & qualities
- At least 5 years' experience in the retail industry.
- Experience managing stock inventory and controlling cost of sales.
- Confident leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build excellent internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and point of sale/stock management systems.
Desirable
- Experience in a resort, hotel or hospitality-based retail environment.
- Experience in a leadership role within a large organisation.
- Knowledge of Concept POS and Back Office systems.
