DEPARTMENT – Coldra Court Hotel

RATE OF PAY – £13.28 per hour plus excellent benefits!

CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time – Permanent

SHIFT DETAILS – 37.5 hours - 5 nights per week

OVERVIEW Are you a talented hospitality expert ready to take on the role of Night Supervisor?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR… We are looking for a strong character who has a hands-on approach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team. Knowledge of ‘Opera’ would be beneficial but not essential. You will need a passion for this sector of the industry and delivering outstanding service, in an environment where guests have high expectations. Experience in the Rooms Division sector of the hospitality industry is essential, with a preference for those candidates who have worked in a quality driven, high volume environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO… Responsible for supporting the Night Duty Manager and ensure the night audit process is completed to the Celtic Collection standard. Prepare hotel for following days business including all F&B and C&E outlets. Keep the environment clean and tidy both front and back of house at all times. Provide support and assistance to all hotel departments during the night operation. Manage all aspects of the emergency procedures during your shift. Train and develop team members within the department to the Collection standards and monitor training to support possible future career progression. Provide leadership across the hotel during the night operation. Contribute to the strategy of the department through support and implementation of requirements set by the department manager. Ensure all team members deliver five star service and are motivated towards providing customer service excellence to our guests.
