We’re looking for a proven hospitality leader to take the helm of our Night Front Office team at Coldra Court Hotel, part of the iconic Celtic Collection.
If you’re an experienced Night Front Office Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced 4–5* environment and knows how to deliver exceptional guest journeys every time, this is your opportunity to shine.
- OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
- Previous experience in a Night Management, Front Office, Reception, Night Porter or similar hotel role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support colleagues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience of cash handling, auditing procedures and hotel operations.
- Good IT skills, ideally with Opera PMS knowledge.
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- First Aid at Work, Personal Licence Holder or Basic Food Hygiene qualifications would be advantageous.

- Lead and manage the Night Team, ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the night.
- Oversee and complete all night audit procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Support all hotel departments during overnight operations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Conference & Events.
- Ensure the hotel is prepared for the following day's arrivals, events, functions and business demands.
- Manage room allocations, pre-arrival checks and guest billing audits.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Act as the lead Fire Marshal and First Aider during your shift, coordinating emergency procedures when required
Produce daily operational reports and communicate all relevant information to the Front Office Manager and Hotel Manager.
Maximise hotel revenue opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of department procedures and standards.
