We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Casual Food & Bar Associates at ICC Wales this festive season.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Food & Bar Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of festive events and functions.
Responsibilities will include:
Serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Delivering outstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events
Setting up and preparing event spaces and service areas before events
Taking food and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service
Clearing and resetting tables efficiently during and after events
Ensuring service stations are fully stocked and ready for service
Assisting with bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages
Supporting colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully
Responding to guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner
Following all food safety, health and safety, licensing and company procedures
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a busy team environment.
You'll be:
Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with guests
A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable, professional and enthusiastic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment
Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and throughout the Christmas period
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Committed to creating memorable guest experiences
Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, bars or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Due to the nature of this role and the service of alcoholic beverages at our events, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
