The Celtic Collection is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Olive Tree Restaurant at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport. You will oversee an 18-strong kitchen brigade, drive culinary excellence, mentor the team and optimise menus while managing costs.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, delivering exceptional breakfast and dinner services with a focus on quality, consistency and presentation.
