We’re looking for a proven hospitality leader to take the helm of our Front Office team at Coldra Court Hotel, part of the iconic Celtic Collection. If you’re an experienced Front Office Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced 4–5* environment and knows how to deliver exceptional guest journeys every time, this is your opportunity to shine.

What you’ll lead & deliver

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Front Office & Nights team- Drive operational excellence through strong SOPs, training and quality checks
  • Oversee smooth daily operations, VIP arrivals, group check‑ins, billing accuracy and guest history
  • Maximise occupancy and room revenue through smart, informed decision‑making
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, organisation, security and communication
  • Work closely with Hotel Manager and Heads of Department to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Play a key role in forecasting and managing budgets and departmental performance
  • Use your Opera expertise to ensure accurate allocations, profiling and billing every day

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a 4* hotel
  • In‑depth knowledge of Front Office operations
  • Hands‑on experience using Opera
  • A proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a large team
  • A track record of delivering impeccable guest experiences
  • Strong communication, organisation and people‑management skills- Confidence in managing standards, budgets, KPIs, and performance
  • Flexibility to support the operation during peak business needs
