Become the Expert Who Shapes Once‑in‑a‑Lifetime Moments. In this exciting and varied role, you'll be the warm, knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for our wedding couples, guiding them from that very first enquiry right through to the moment they say "I do". You'll host beautiful showrounds, inspire couples with ideas, expertly upsell experiences that elevate their day, and ensure every detail is flawlessly communicated for our operational teams.

Responsibilities
  • Greet, inspire and guide wedding couples throughout their planning journey.
  • Conduct polished, professional showrounds of the Resort.
  • Handle all enquiries proactively across phone, email, and appointments.
  • Convert interest into confirmed bookings using strong sales techniques.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, contracts and booking details.
  • Produce detailed Event Orders with absolute precision.
  • Act as the couple's main contact, from first enquiry to the wedding day itself.
  • Be present on the day to ensure the plan comes to life perfectly.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure every requirement is fully understood.
  • Track conversions, report monthly revenue, and support ongoing sales initiatives.
  • Attend wedding fayres, showcases and exhibitions as a Resort ambassador.
  • Assist with private event bookings and Special Events across the Collection.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, communication and organisation.
