We are searching for outstanding Events Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within The Celtic Collection.
A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role. You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will convert initial enquiries to confirmed revenue, upselling all our facilities at The Celtic Collection. Working with our systems, you will achieve maximum rate and occupancy exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional experiences in every call. You will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.
