We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join the team at our Ty Hotel in Newport. If you enjoy being part of a busy kitchen environment and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up, this could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping all dishwashing equipment running safely and smoothly
- Making sure the kitchen and staff areas stay clean and tidy
- Cleaning stoves, grills, and other kitchen equipment properly
- Helping keep all outlets stocked with clean equipment
- Making sure chefs always have clean pans ready to go
What we’re looking for:
- Some kitchen experience would be great (but a willingness to learn is just as important!)
- Someone who can work quickly and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is ideal
