What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resort standards
- Supporting guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment
- Looking after C&B equipment and reporting any issues promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Attending training, briefings and contributing to a positive team culture
- Promoting resort facilities through excellent knowledge and communication
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
Desirable:
- Experience within a hotel or events environment
- Stock or parcel control experience
- Driving licence
- First Aid or Health & Safety training
