Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previousexperience working in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Apassion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
- Goodknowledge of beverages and bar service, or a willingness to learn
- Apositive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude
- Excellentcommunication skills
- Flexibilityto work evenings, weekends and busy periods as required
- BasicFood Hygiene certification is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providingfriendly, professional and efficient bar service to guests
- Preparingand serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Creatinga welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas
- Buildingpositive relationships with guests and colleagues
- Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Followingall health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Supportingthe wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contributingto departmental targets through excellent service and upsellingopportunities where appropriate
