We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join our exceptional Front Office Team at Tŷ Milford Waterfront. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to department standard. Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology and ensure a consistent level of service is offered at all times from the point of arrival, through to the time of departure. Guest Services Associates are required to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided by various outlets and to consistently provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellent service throughout the stay.
Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel is operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opened in the Spring of 2022. Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of Tŷ Hotels, the hotel boasts 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite. Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront was built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and provides another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire. Four floors of bedroom accommodation houses a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure. The hotel is an asset for the local community and provides a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over. If you’re staying at one of our smart new Tŷ Hotels, you’re here to get something done. Whether that’s a meeting, concert, family get-together or a sporting event, you’ll need somewhere to get your head down. A simple room for the night, maybe two. Easy check-in, good WiFi, and great coffee – just what you need, and nothing you don’t.
