We're looking for a Casual Front Office Agent to join our team at Tŷ Hotel Newport. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important part in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every stay gets off to the best possible start. Whether you're checking guests in, answering questions or helping solve a problem, you'll be someone our guests can rely on. In return, you'll join a supportive team within one of South Wales' leading hospitality businesses.
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
