Qualifications
- 3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- Experience leading a team of 8+ kitchen staff
- Strong HACCP knowledge and food hygiene level 2
- Confident with menu planning and costing
- Level 2 culinary qualification (or equivalent)
