Overview

Are you a dynamic and visionary hospitality leader ready to shape the future of food and beverage experiences at one of the UK\'s most iconic resort destinations? We\'re looking for a Head of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our multi-outlet F&B team, delivering exceptional guest service, driving innovation, and achieving commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, partnering on strategic vision and innovation.
  • Oversee all guest-facing aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, private dining, and on-course catering.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team across multiple outlets.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, training plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Drive innovation in food concepts, menus, and guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing regulations and champion sustainability and resource efficiency.
  • Maintain high visibility and operational presence across the resort.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a senior F&B role with multi-outlet responsibility.
  • Experience in high-volume 4-star or 5-star environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and relentless focus on quality.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Food and Beverage Service, Level 3 Food Safety.
  • Flexible, guest-facing, and results-driven approach.
