Your Mission as a Guest Services Executive

• Be the smiling face that welcomes guests on arrival and bids them farewell
• Deliver personalised, memorable service with every interaction, face‑to‑face, by phone, or email
• Share your expert knowledge of The Celtic Collection to guide and delight guests
• Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a polished front desk and back‑of‑house operation with care and attention
