Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure smooth operations across locker rooms, buggy areas, warm-up zones, and more
- Maintain stock levels and manage monthly checks
- Support with golf utilisation reports and administrative tasks
- Represent both Caerleon and Celtic Manor Golf Clubs with pride and excellence
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for golf and understanding of the game
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
