OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Experience in a 4* or 5* Food and Beverage environment
- Basic food and wine knowledge
- A genuine interest in the industry
- Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
- Excellent personal grooming standards
- 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths
