What you'll bring
You'll have:
- A minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential)
- A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, motivating approach
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
What you'll be doing

- Create memorable experiences for every member and guest
- Design personalised fitness programmes tailored to individual goals
- Deliver motivating training sessions that inspire and engage
- Provide professional fitness advice and support
- Maintain exceptional standards of safety and customer care
- Help create a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere within the gym
