Responsibilities

• Transform enquiries into successful events, confidently upselling all the incredible facilities at The Celtic Collection
• Use expert sales techniques to achieve the highest possible rates and occupancy, exceeding expectations at every turn
• Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every interaction is seamless, engaging, and tailored to client needs
• Work with our cutting-edge booking systems, maintaining precision and a keen eye for detail

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging telephone manner.
• A strong ability to build rapport and confidently explain all product options within The Celtic Collection.
• A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and IT literacy (experience with Opera is a plus!).
• A talent for multitasking, balancing professionalism with a sense of fun.
• Proven experience in a similar sales or hospitality role.
