Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging telephone manner.
- A strong ability to build rapport and confidently explain all product options within The Celtic Collection.
- A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and IT literacy (experience with Opera is a plus!).
- A talent for multitasking, balancing professionalism with a sense of fun.
- Proven experience in a similar sales or hospitality role.
