JOB TITLE – Chef de Partie

RATE OF PAY – £12.63 per hour, plus service charge, plus excellent company benefits
HOURS – 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

OVERVIEW –
Join the \’Greatest Story in Hospitality\’ by becoming one of our Chef de Partie \’Hospitality Heroes\’ based at The Rib restaurant within the 4* Coldra Court Hotel – just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from \’Manor to Marina\’.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE –
* AAA level 2 or equivalent
* At least 3 years\’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie/1 year as a Chef de Partie
* An understanding of HACCP
* 1 year minimum at a 4/5 star Hotel and/or large reputable restaurant
* Experience leading a team of kitchen staff
* Food hygiene level 2
IMPLEMENTING OUR \’YES, WE CAN\’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL –
* Be responsible for ensuring full, safe operation of all equipment and stock, in accordance with health and safety requirements
* Order all food items as per requirement from the dry store
* Prepare and serve food as per department standard
* Ensure that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the Invoice, then stored in the correct manner
