Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for escalating any complaints to the Spa Manager immediately, providing full details.
- Be responsible for feedback trackers with guest feedback and collating responses from the Spa and Leisure teams.
- Have a full and up-to-date knowledge of the Resort facilities, services, and events.
- Organise, improve, and maintain an effective departmental filing system, ensuring information is easily accessible to the senior management team.
- Maintain and update records, print reports, and actively seek ways to ensure the system is used to its maximum, to provide accurate information which supports the objectives of the Resort and the department.
- Ensure the department has adequate supplies to run effectively, anticipate needs, and deal with store requisitions and purchase requests.
