JOB TITLE – Casual Kitchen Steward
DEPARTMENT – Culinary
CONTRACT TYPE – Casual
RATE OF PAY – £12.71 per hour due legal restrictions applicants must be 18+
HOURS – As and when required

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE – Â
•\tKitchen experience
•\tThe ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
•\tFood hygiene level 2
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL –Â
•\tOperate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
•\tClean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as requiredÂ
•\tEnsure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment
•\tMake sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
•\tMake sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
