- Assisting with room layouts and event preparations for a variety of prestigious functions.
- Supporting clients and guests with the movement and positioning of equipment as required.
- Operating and caring for conference equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe and ready for use.
- Working collaboratively with the Conference & Events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and responsibly, maintaining a positive environment for guests and colleagues alike.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mentality.
- A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move equipment safely as part of the role.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
- A professional, guest-focused approach and smart presentation (uniform provided).
- A commitment to following health and safety procedures.
- A willingness to learn and develop, with full training and support provided.
