About the Role
As a Spa Reservations Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving spa revenue while delivering an outstanding, personalised service to every guest. From handling enquiries to securing bookings and upselling premium experiences, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the luxury and warmth of The Parkgate Hotel. This is a fast‑paced, guest‑focused role where your attention to detail, communication skills and sales mindset will truly shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a professional, friendly and engaging service across all guest interactions
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries, confidently promoting spa facilities and packages
- Maximising bookings and revenue through upselling and effective rate management
- Building rapport with guests to create a memorable, personalised booking experience
- Processing bookings, payments, gift vouchers, and maintaining accurate guest records
- Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless guest journey
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
- Logging enquiries and analysing booking trends to identify opportunities
- Maintaining high standards in line with departmental and company expectations
What We’re Looking For
- A natural communicator with a confident, engaging telephone manner
- Sales‑driven, with a passion for delivering results and achieving targets
- Organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about spa treatments, packages and hospitality services
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and professional environment
- Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences every time
- Previous reservations, sales, or hospitality experience is highly desirable—but your attitude and personality matter most.
