Overview: Are you a talented hospitality expert ready to take on the role of Front of House Supervisor?
What Are We Looking For:
- A strong character with a hands-on approach who can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.
- Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential, as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team.
- Knowledge of ‘Opera’ would be beneficial but not essential.
- A passion for this sector of the industry and the ability to deliver outstanding service in an environment where guests have high expectations.
- Experience in the Rooms Division sector of the hospitality industry is essential, preferably in a quality driven, high volume environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and implement department standards and ensure they are practiced by the Front of House team throughout your shift.
- Focus on providing the ultimate guest service experience for all guests, from the point of arrival through to the time of departure.
- Ensure training is conducted to Resort standard and reflects business needs.
