Ideal Candidate

  • 12‑18 months experience in the Events industry
  • Superb negotiating skills
  • A genuine passion for Conference and Events
  • Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business

Responsibilities

  • Liaise effectively and concisely with external event organisers
  • Ensure that all departments have a clear and thorough knowledge of the client requirements
  • Arrange pre‑event meetings where necessary and introduce client to key personnel
  • Upsell all facilities in order to work towards achieving financial budget for The Collection
  • Plan productive site visits, menu tastings, and show‑rounds
