Ideal Candidate
- 12‑18 months experience in the Events industry
- Superb negotiating skills
- A genuine passion for Conference and Events
- Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
Responsibilities
- Liaise effectively and concisely with external event organisers
- Ensure that all departments have a clear and thorough knowledge of the client requirements
- Arrange pre‑event meetings where necessary and introduce client to key personnel
- Upsell all facilities in order to work towards achieving financial budget for The Collection
- Plan productive site visits, menu tastings, and show‑rounds
