OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Experience in event planning, event sales or a guest-facing hospitality role
- Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working with systems and producing contracts/proposals
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail
- Passion for events, hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Manage allocated events from handover to post-event follow-up
- Liaise with clients, advising and supporting them throughout the planning process
- Produce accurate Event Orders to brief operational teams
- Coordinate pre-event meetings, site visits and showrounds
- Upsell resort facilities to maximise revenue
- Be on-site during events to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage post-event surveys, debriefs and final invoicing
- Use systems such as Delphi to record client activity and event details
