Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, event sales or a guest‐facing hospitality role
- Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working with systems and producing contracts/proposals
- Customer‐focused with great attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Manage allocated events from handover to post‐event follow‐up
- Liaise with clients, advising and supporting them throughout the planning process
- Produce accurate Event Orders to brief operational teams
- Coordinate pre‐event meetings, site visits and showrounds
- Upsell resort facilities to maximise revenue
- Be on‐site during events to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage post‐event surveys, debriefs and final invoicing
- Use systems such as Delphi to record client activity and event details
