IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Take charge of the entire Front Office operation, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Support the Night Manager by monitoring guest satisfaction and spotting trends to enhance experiences.
- Own the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date.
- Be the face of leadership in the absence of senior managers—taking full responsibility for the hotel.
- Handle security and emergency procedures like a pro, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
- Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth.
- Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape.
- Stay on top of all hotel operations, making sure every department is in sync.
