Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the entire Front Office operation, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
  • Support the Night Manager by monitoring guest satisfaction and spotting trends to enhance experiences.
  • Own the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Be the face of leadership in the absence of senior managers, taking full responsibility for the hotel.
  • Handle security and emergency procedures, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
  • Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth.
  • Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape.
  • Stay on top of all hotel operations, making sure every department is in sync.
