OVERVIEW –
Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by a Car Parking Attendant at The Celtic Collection, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in delivering a 5-star experience. You’ll ensure our car park is clean, safe, and efficiently operated, while also supporting the Concierge team with valet parking, porter duties, and guest assistance.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE –
A full UK driving licence held for over 12 months.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL –
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe car park environment at all times.
Oversee daily car park operations, including ticketing and payment systems.
Troubleshoot and report any issues with the parking system.
Provide valet parking services, ensuring guest vehicles are handled with care.
Assist with luggage and golf equipment handling.
Offer a warm welcome and farewell to all guests.
Support the Concierge team with additional duties as required.
Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance and professionalism.
