What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the Forum Spa & Ocius treatment spaces
- Delivering and inspiring 5* standards in treatments, service, and presentation
- Leading and supporting a team of therapists, ensuring smooth, efficient operations
- Managing scheduling, stock control, admin tasks, and treatment bookings
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Taking an active leadership role—team communication, development, briefings
- Stepping up as Duty Manager in the absence of senior spa leadership
- Performing treatments to luxury brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 months’ experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
- VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- A confident communicator and natural team motivator
- Strong organisational skills and experience in spa operations
- Ability to deliver and uphold impeccable 5* treatment standards
- Experience with stock control and spa/salon software systems
- Desirable: experience in a luxury 5* spa, hot stones, advanced beauty skills, Elemis training, leadership experience, or exposure to large spa teams.
