Our Ideal Hero Will Have
- Previousexperience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Agenuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Apositive, professional and proactive approach to work.
- Theability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experienceworking towards sales targets or promoting products would be advantageous.

- Promoteresort facilities, events and services to guests.
- Respondto customer enquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Workcollaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Followall company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements andsecurity standards.
