OVERVIEW -
Join the‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ as a Logistics Co-ordinator. Working withinour Purchasing & Stores team, you will ensure deliveries are received,processed and distributed efficiently, supporting departments across theResort while maintaining high standards of stock control, accuracy andcustomer service.
OUR IDEALHERO WILL HAVE -
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics or stores environment.
- Strong organisational and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and stock control systems.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience with stock rotation, goods receiving and inventory control.
- Forklift truck experience would be advantageous.
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
- Receive, check and process deliveries into Main Stores
- Ensure goods match purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate stock records using Microsoft NAV and other systems.
- Notify departments of parcel deliveries and manage parcel control procedures.
- Monitor product quality, shelf life, temperatures and compliance standards.
- Process stock issues, requisitions and delivery documentation.
- Record delivery discrepancies, returns and out-of-stock items.
- Support stocktakes, audits and month-end reporting.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised delivery bay and stores area.
- Assist with stock picking, issuing and general stores operations as required.
