What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Food & Bar Associate, you'll play animportant role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of festiveevents and functions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Servingfood and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Deliveringoutstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties,conferences and special events
- Settingup and preparing event spaces and service areas before events
- Takingfood and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections
- Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughoutservice
- Clearingand resetting tables efficiently during and after events
- Ensuringservice stations are fully stocked and ready for service
- Assistingwith bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages
- Supportingcolleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully
- Respondingto guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner
- Followingall food safety, health and safety, licensing and company procedures
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are passionate aboutproviding excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a busy teamenvironment.
You’ll be:
- Friendly,approachable and confident when interacting with guests
- Astrong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable,professional and enthusiastic
- Comfortableworking in a fast-paced events environment
- Flexibleand available to work evenings, weekends and throughout the Christmasperiod
- Well-presentedwith excellent communication skills
- Committedto creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants,bars or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training willbe provided.
- Due to the nature of this role and theservice of alcoholic beverages at our events, applicants must be aged 18 orover.
