What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Bar Associate, you'll play a key role incriating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering excellent servicewith professionalism, personality and a smile.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servinga range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently andresponsibly
- Preparingbars and service areas before events
- Operatingdraught dispense systems and bar equipment
- Providingexceptional customer service to guests attending Christmas parties,conferences and events
- Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within barareas
- Monitoringstock levels and helping to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughoutservice
- FollowingChallenge 25 and all licensing regulations
- Handlingguest enquiries confidently and professionally
- Supportingcolleagues to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Assistingwith food and beverage service when required
- Maintainingcompliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

Ideally, you'll also have:
- Previousbar, hospitality or customer service experience
- Experienceusing draught dispense systems
- Knowledgeof legal measures and responsible alcohol service
- Anunderstanding of Challenge 25 procedures
- Basicfood hygiene knowledge
- Full training will be provided.
