- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all public areas
- Ensuring front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas look their best at all times
- Using equipment safely and responsibly
- Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the wider team with a positive, proactive approach
- Reporting maintenance issues, guest requests, or safety concerns
- Being a proud ambassador for our resort values and guest experience
