We're looking for Housekeeping Associates to join our award-winning team at the iconic Celtic Manor Resort. As part of our Housekeeping department, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring every room is spotless, comfortable and ready for their arrival. Whether you have previous housekeeping experience or simply have a great eye for detail and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to our high standards
  • Cleaning stayover and check-out rooms efficiently and thoroughly
  • Removing room service trays and any items left in guest rooms
  • Reporting maintenance issues to help us keep our facilities looking their best
  • Helping to keep guest corridors, lift areas and back-of-house spaces clean and tidy
  • Working as part of a friendly team to deliver a great guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Have a good understanding of English
  • Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail
  • Be reliable, hardworking and positive
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred, but not essential)
