We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitable and all‑round amazing individuals to join our fantastic Food & Beverage Team as a Food & Beverage Associate.
Key qualifications: exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality, good levels of spoken and written English, committed team player, ability to work as part of a team and provide a memorable guest experience.
What You'll Do:
- Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide consistent service and give assistance to the guests for tables and menus.
- Assist the Outlet Manager & Supervisor in food & beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Constantly monitor the guests in order to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively.
