Based at one of the UK's leading conference and event destinations, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service at conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, concerts, sporting events and large-scalecelebrations.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll lead from the front, support your team through busy services and help ensure every guest enjoys aseamless, five-star experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoysbusy shifts, leading teams and being at the heart of exciting events thatcreate lasting memories for our guests.
You'll be joining a passionate team ina venue renowned for delivering some of Wales' biggest and most prestigiousevents.
- OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE–
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor withina busy bar, hospitality or events environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operationwhere guest service is always the priority
- Banqueting or large-scale event experience would beadvantageous
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- The ability to motivate, coach and support colleagues toperform at their best
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A flexible approach and willingness to support the wideroperation when required
- Good IT literacy

- Support the Manager and Supervisors in leading the Events Bar team
- Lead by example and inspire colleagues to deliverexceptional guest experiences
- Help coordinate and deliver efficient service acrossmultiple event bars
- Motivate and coach team members during busy serviceperiods
- Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly and professionalservice at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and positivelyto requests
- Ensure bar and service areas are fully stocked, organisedand presentation-ready
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and servicethroughout each event
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Conference& Events to ensure the smooth delivery of every occasion
- Play a key role in creating memorable experiences forthousands of guests each year
