As our Digital Marketing & Performance Executive, you will play a key role in driving digital growth, lead generation and customer engagement across ICC Wales. Supporting the Marketing Manager and wider team, you will deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns, enhance website performance, manage marketing automation activity, analyse campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to improve commercial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketer to develop innovative strategies, embrace new technologies and contribute directly to the success of one of the UK's leading conference and events venues.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or ecommerce environments
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, Google Analytics 4 and digital performance reporting
- Experience managing digital campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automation activity
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to maximise engagement, leads and return on investment
- Support website management, SEO improvements and conversion optimisation initiatives to enhance customer experience and online performance
- Create and optimise automated customer journeys, email marketing campaigns and CRM audience segmentation activity
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, website and lead generation performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of marketing technologies, tracking solutions and data governance processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practice standards
