Overview
We are looking for a passionate and service-focused Concierge Supervisor to join the team at the Celtic Manor Resort.
In this role, you will lead the Concierge team during your shift, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will help create memorable experiences from arrival through to departure, while supporting the Concierge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest service and leading a team by example.
You'll have:
- Previous supervisory experience within a quality hospitality environment
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and professional approach
- The confidence to handle guest enquiries and resolve issues effectively
- A commitment to high service standards and team development
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
- Lead the Concierge team and maintain exceptional service standards
- Welcome guests and support them throughout their stay
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, transportation and guest requests
- Resolve guest enquiries and feedback effectively
- Promote resort facilities and experiences
- Support, coach and develop team members
- Ensure a safe, professional and well-presented environment at all times
