What You'll Be Doing
- Serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Delivering outstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events
- Setting up and preparing event spaces and service areas before events
- Taking food and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently during and after events
- Ensuring service stations are fully stocked and ready for service
- Assisting with bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages
- Supporting colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully
- Responding to guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner
