As aConference & Banqueting Porter, you’ll be essential in making sure everyevent runs smoothly. No two days are the same, you’ll be setting up eventspaces, supporting our clients and guests, and ensuring our suites lookflawless. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who lovesbeing active, working as part of a team, and creating memorable moments forevery guest.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resortstandards
- Supporting guests and clients with equipment orparcel movement
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presentedworking environment
- Looking after C&B equipment and reporting anyissues promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliverexceptional customer service
- Attending training, briefings and contributing toa positive team culture
- Promoting resort facilities through excellentknowledge and communication
WhatWe’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
Desirable:
- Experience within a hotel or events environment
- Stock or parcel control experience
- Driving licence
- First Aid or Health & Safety training
