As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional breakfast experience forour guests each day.
Working at Chef de Partie level, you will takeresponsibility for a busy breakfast section, ensuring high standards ofpreparation, presentation and service, whilst supporting the wider kitchenbrigade.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment and enjoys producing quality food at volume without compromising onstandards.
- OUR IDEAL HERO WILLHAVE
- AAALevel 2 or equivalent
- Atleast 3 years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or 1 year as a Chef de Partie
- Experiencewithin a busy breakfast operation or high-volume kitchen environment
- Anunderstanding of HACCP
- Aminimum of 2 years’ experience within a 4/5-star hotel and/or largereputable restaurant
- Experienceleading and supporting a team of kitchen staff
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Excellentorganisational skills and the ability to prepare effectively for busyservice periods

- Takeresponsibility for the preparation, cooking and presentation of breakfastdishes in line with departmental standards
- Ensureall breakfast mise en place and preparation is completed to support asmooth and efficient service
- Deliverconsistently high-quality food during busy breakfast periods whilstmaintaining excellent presentation standards
- Beresponsible for ensuring the full, safe operation of all equipment andstock in accordance with health and safety requirements
- Orderfood items as required from the dry store and support effective stockcontrol procedures
- Ensureall food items delivered are received, checked against invoices and storedcorrectly
- Supportthe Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining kitchen standards anddeveloping junior members of the team
- Minimisefood waste through effective planning, stock rotation and preparation
- Maintainexcellent food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
