OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE –
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering (desired but not essential as training will be given)
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
* Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
* Ability to converse written and verbally in English
