Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Account Executive based in London. The Sales and Account Executive will manage and expand client relationships, oversee account management, and work on driving new lead generation efforts. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining satisfaction among existing clients.
We’re looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for London’s food scene and a proven track record in winning, growing, and retaining accounts across restaurants, cafés, hotels, and hospitality groups. You’ll identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into long-term customers, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market. You’ll stay ahead of emerging trends, from new openings and festivals to rising chefs and street food events and act quickly to capitalise on opportunities. This role suits a self-motivated professional who thrives on momentum, takes ownership of their pipeline, and follows opportunities from first contact to close and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across London’s coffee groups, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators
- Be the go-to expert for our products, guiding customers to discover the full range
- Build and execute a focused sales strategy to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth
- Represent The Celtic Bakers at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
- Use Excel and sales tools to track performance, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Grade: Full time
Hours: 08:30 – 17.30, 5 days Mon-Fri
Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience + performance bonus.
