Social Inclusion Navigator Job summary The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Ref: 26-165-SIN-IM-WEB Job Role : Social Inclusion Navigator – Inclusion Matter Service Location : Northern Trust Area, Base: Ballymena Office, BT42 4QJ Salary : Starting on Β£30,426 per annum (pro rata) Hours : 37 Hours Per Week Contract : Temporary (Maternity Cover 9 Months initially) The Service Inclusion Matters supports disabled people to access a range of activities and social networks in their local area. Individuals share their interests and together we explore social, leisure and recreational activities. We identify and agree what support is needed to attend and engage independently. The Role Inclusion Matters provides support and activities that may include, one-to-one sessions to identify interests, building confidence to attend and engage in activities, experiencing new activities and develop new interests, developing social connections and making new friendships promoting independence.
